Mr. Okon Uwah, a House of Assembly candidate in Akwa Ibom State was killed yesterday while campaigning in the Ukanafun LGA of the State. He was a former Deputy Speaker of the Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly and was contesting on the platform of the All Progressives Congress representing Ukanafun State Constituency, before his untimely death.
